The AmeriSpec franchise evaluation process:

  1. Request and receive initial information packet.
  2. An AmeriSpec Franchise Consultant will call to schedule an initial phone conversation. During the initial call, the consultant will explain both the process and the consultant's educational role in the process.
  3. A Discovery Day invitation is extended for a visit to the AmeriSpec facilities.
  4. A Franchise Disclosure Document is provided at the conclusion of Discovery Day and the steps for decision-making are outlined. Potential territory configurations are disclosed.
  5. The franchise candidate completes the post Discovery Day validation process and makes calls to existing AmeriSpec franchisees.
  6. The Executive Review Committee reviews the candidate's application and makes recommendations. The outcome is discussed with the candidate.
  7. A decision time is decided and agreed upon (minimum 4 weeks prior to training) and a Franchise agreement and territory are developed and delivered.
